As for the Palestinian students residing in Syria, they submit a copy of a newly-issued identity certificate, in which the date of asylum for the student\u2019s family is mentioned, which should be on 26\/07\/1956 and before.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Their additional document, which the student obtains from the Martyrs Affairs Office in Damascus only, must be newly issued.
