A doctoral dissertation entitled ” The effectiveness of a training program based on the functional approach in developing the authentic assessment skills among the teachers of the first cycle of the basic education stage<\/em>” was discussed by the researcher Duha Al-Bakhit at the Faculty of Education, under the supervision of Prof. Walid Hamadeh.<\/h4>\n
