A master thesis entitled “Training Needs for Educational Supervisors in Light of the Requirements of the Future School” was discussed by the researcher Reem Abdullah Al-Ahmad at the Faculty of Education,
\nunder the supervision of Prof. Muhammed Mousa and with the participation of Prof. Khawla Ali.<\/p>\n

The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Muhammed Mousa, Prof. Manal Masri. and Prof. Walaa Safi.<\/p>\n

The researcher has indicated that the aim of the research is to achieve a set of objectives, the most important of which are: revealing the necessary training needs for educational supervisors in light of the requirements of the future school from their point of view and the point of view of school principals, detecting the differences between the assessments of the research sample members of the necessary training needs for educational supervisors in light of the requirements of the future school , and presenting a proposal to meet those needs. <\/p>\n

The results found by the researcher are the followings:
The educational supervisors\u2019 assessments of their training needs were with an average score of 3.33 and a percentage of 67.2.
The assessments of school principals of the training needs for educational supervisors were with an average score of 3.15 and a percentage of 63.10.
\n– Developing a proposal to meet the training needs for educational supervisors in light of the requirements of the future school, as the general objective of the proposal was to meet the training needs for the educational supervisors in light of the requirements of the future school.
\nIt is based on a set of scientific foundations related to content, training methods and approaches, means of training, evaluation methods, and the philosophical foundations of the future.
\nThere is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the answers of educational supervisors and school principals to the training needs questionnaire.
\nThere are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of educational supervisors\u2019 answers to the training needs questionnaire, according to the academic qualification variable
\n.
\n– There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of educational supervisors\u2019 answers to the training needs questionnaire according to the variable of the training courses followed. <\/p>\n

At the end of the discussion, the researcher Reem Abdullah Al-Ahmad a master’s degree in childhood education with a very good grade.<\/p>\n
