In the presence of the university president, Prof. Tarek Houssam ElDeen, a doctoral dissertation entitled<\/p>\n

\u201cUsing numerical modeling to identify and analyze the characteristics of the electron and ion beams generated by the dense incinerating plasma\u201d was discussed by the researcher Alaa Zidan,<\/p>\n

under the supervision of Prof. Walid Sahyouni and with the participation of Prof. Alaa Nassif ,assistant professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Al-Wataniya Private University. <\/p>\n

The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof.Walid Sahyouni, Prof. Jihad Attia, Prof. Nazih Haidar, Prof. Mahmoud Issa Ahmed, and Prof. Mustafa Dilo.<\/p>\n

The objective of the research is to<\/p>\n

– Deriving the relationships that give the characteristics of the studied electronic and ion beams.<\/p>\n

– Conduct numerical simulations of these properties to determine the effect of the difference in both the type of gas and the device on the properties of the particle beams.<\/p>\n

Possible practical applications of the resulting particle beams<\/p>\n

At the end of the discussion, the researcher was awarded a doctoral degree in condensed matter physics with distinction.<\/p>\n
