A doctoral dissertation “Standardizing Otis-lennon test for mental ability- elementary level form (j) -on students in the first circle of basic education in Tartous City” was discussed by the researcher Hidar Suleiman at the Faculty of Education, under the supervision of Prof. Muhammed Mousa and with the participation of Prof. Ziad Al-Khouly.
The Judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Ramadan, Prof. Aziza Rahma, Prof. Lamis Al-Hamoud, and Prof. Reem Kassab.
At the end of the discussion, the researcher was awarded a doctoral degree with distinction.
