A master thesis entitled “Extraction of Active Compounds from Caper Fruit Using Different Solvents” was discussed by the researcher Zahra Al-Muhammed Eid at the Faculty of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, under the supervision of Prof. Amer Al-Mahmoud Al-Sheikh.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. George Youssef, Prof. Emad Hadad, and Prof. Amer Al-Mahmoud Al-Sheikh.
The researcher indicated that the aim of the research was to identify the most effective solvent for extracting the active compounds from caper fruit.
At the end of the discussion, the researcher Zahra Al-Muhammed Eid a master’s degree in chemical engineering with a very good grade.
