A master thesis entitled “Designing and Implementation of Variable-Size Drone” was discussed by the researcher Amr Abdul Aziz Al-Sabbagh at the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, under the supervision of Prof. Hussam Al-Wafai, in the presence of the university president Prof. Tarek Houssam ElDeen and his vice-president for scientific affairs, Prof. Muhammed Masri.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Asber Ibrahim, Prof. Majd Al-Deen Al-Ali, and Prof. Hussam Al-Wafai.
Prof. Hussam AlDeen emphasized that the quality and subject matter of the research exemplify the high-quality applied research that the university is keen to support and encourage, given its direct relevance to real-world needs and development requirements. He added that the university places great importance on distinguished scientific research and strives to provide an academic environment that motivates researchers to offer innovative solutions that contribute to serving society and keeping pace with scientific and technological advancements.
At the end of the discussion, the researcher was awarded a master’s degree with distinction.
