A master’ s thesis entitled “Judicial developments in suspending the execution of the administrative decision ( a comparative study)” was discussed by the researcher Eman Adnan Naddha the Faculty of Law, under the supervision of Prof. Tarik Muhammad Ali Al-Nahhas.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Muhammad Al-Hassan, Prof. Tarik Muhammad Ali Al-Nahhas, and Prof. Tarik Kahlan Al-Abyad.
At the end of the discussion, the researcher Eman Adnan Naddha was awarded a master’s degree with a very good grade.
