A master thesis entitled ” Production of Functional Pomegranate Juice Using Probiotics” was discussed by the researcher Taqwa Suleiman Nasser at the Faculty of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, under the supervision of Prof. Nisreen Al-Bitar and Prof. Bodour Ajeeb.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Abdul Aziz Abbara, Ramadan Atrah, and Nasreen Al-Bitar.
At the end of the discussion, the researcher was awarded a master’s degree with a very good grade.
