The Faculty of Tourism held an exhibition on Syrian heritage with the participation of 40 students.
The university vice-president for scientific affairs, Prof. Maan Salameh, pointed out the importance of art exhibitions in motivating students and opening horizons for presenting their best ideas, as the exhibition aimed to display the diverse talents and artistic works of students; develope their artistic taste; create a spirit of collective cooperation; and recognize outstanding talents to build their personality for entering the labour market.
The faculty dean, Prof. Munzer Al naser, indicated that the exhibition has reflected the significance of heritage in tourism industry, especially that Syria has a rich cultural and historical heritage. He also emphasized that the faculty seeks to apply the academic theoretical information practically and graduate youth capable of integrating into the labor market and contributing to economic and social development

The exhibition was attended by Mr. Jaber Istanbouli, Prof. Zahoor Abdul Hadi, the members of the party leadership at the university branch, Prof. Fadi Murshid, the university secretary, Gabi Ibrahim, the member of the National Union of Syrian Students, and a crowd of interested people.
