A master thesis entitled “Studying the effect of roughening the surface of bladeless wind turbine cone on the vortex-induced vibrations” was discussed by the researcher Moeen Ali Al Mohsen at the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, under the supervision of Prof. Mudar Saoud.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Adnan Younis, Prof. Mudar Saoud, and Prof. Salah Al Shamali. At the end of the discussion, the researcher Moeen Ali Al Mohsen was awarded a master’s degree in mechanical forces engineering with a very good grade.
