In the presence of the university president, Prof. Tarek Houssam El-Deen, the teaching assistant Hiba Abdul Latif Safarji discussed her doctoral dissertation entitled “The effect of replacing wheat flour with different proportions of yellow corn, barley and oat flour on the quality of the resulting bread” at the Faculty of Agriculture, under the supervision of Prof. Muhammed Masri and Prof. Jihad Samaan.
Prof. Houssam El-Deen pointed to the scientific value of the dissertation and its importance in the field of food science, expressing his thanks to the judging panel and to the supervisors, and congratulating the researcher on her research achievement.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Muhammed Al-Muhammed, Prof. Muhammed Masri, Prof. Abdul Hakim Azizieh, Prof. Abdul Latif Rahmoun, and Prof. Muhammed Al-Rajab
