A doctoral dissertation entitled “A study of the effect of manufacturing conditions and the addition of natural extracts on the shelf life and storage of apple juice” was discussed by the researcher Muhammed Kamal at the Faculty of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, under the supervision of Prof. Ramadan Atrah and Prof. Nasreen Al-Bitar.
