Applications for open education admission sorting began at five registration centers in the faculties of civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, architecture and informatics engineering, and the Directorate of Students’ Affairs. The registration lasts till 27 November 2023.
President of Al Baath University, Prof. Abdul Basit Al Khatib, and the secretary of B.A.S.P branch at the university, Prof. Fayeq Shadood, indicated,during their observation tour of the registration centers,that the university has begun to receive applications for the admission sorting, emphasizing that all requirements have been provided to ensure a proper and successful mechanism of work without any problems .
It is noteworthy that the open education programs at Al-Baath University are: legal studies, translation (English language), tourism guidance, kindergarten, marketing and e-commerce. small and medium-sized enterprise management. as the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has identified the admission mechanism for secondary certificates. Percentage of 15% was determined for the holders of secondary certificates in the years 2022 and 2023, (based on Higher Education Council Resolution No.1 dated 21/10/2023).
