A master thesis entitled ” The effect of changing legal and factual circumstances on the legality of administrative decision/ a comparative study” was discussed by the researcher Duha Rameh Maarouf at the Faculty of Law, under the supervision of Tarek Muhammed Ali Alnahhas.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim Al Hasan, Prof.Tarek Muhammad Ali Al Nahhas, and Prof. Bassem Mustafa Wannous. At the end of the discussion, the student Duha Rameh Maarouf was awarded a master’s degree in public law with distinction.
