President of Homs University, Prof. Tarek Houssam ElDeen, has attended the discussion of a distinguished graduation project at the applied faculty, in the presence of the dean and some faculty members.
The project, presented by the student Mamoun Muhammed Razaj, focuses on creating a comprehensive digital medical identity for patients and archiving their complete medical history so the doctors and healthcare centers can monitor them remotely. The project aims to improve the quality of healthcare and facilitate patients’ access to accurate and rapid medical services, keeping pace with the requirements of digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
Prof. Houssam ElDeen has praised the idea, describing it as a practical example of the students’ ability to devise solutions that directly serve the community. He has also emphasized the university’s continued support for pioneering projects that contribute to promoting sustainable development and enhancing health services.
Moreover, Prof. Houssam ElDeen, has stressed that such projects represent an important step toward graduating scientifically competent graduates capable of integrating into the labor market and contributing effectively to community service.
