Interviews for students wishing to apply for the admission sorting for the academic year 2025/2026 have begun at the Faculty of Music Education, and continue until 13 October 2025.

He also pointed out that the Faculty of Music Education is one of the distinguished faculties in this regard, through its prominent academic and artistic presence at the local and national levels.
Dean of the Faculty of Music Education, Prof. Ezzat Khalouf, indicated that applying for the admission sorting requires that the applicant get at least 50% of the secondary school certificate average in all types of admission sorting (scientific, literary, vocational, non-Syrian, and people with disabilities), and that the average shall be at least 50% in one of the two sessions of 2024 or 2025 for the admission sorting of Arab and foreign students in the scientific and literary branches. Moreover, he emphasized that success in the practical test is a basic condition for accepting the student’s preference, stressing the faculty’s keenness to attract serious talents.
The Faculty of Music Education is the only academic faculty of its kind in Syria. Established in 2003, it is dedicated to preparing qualified personnel in the fields of music education, artistic performance, composition, and vocal training, contributing to the country’s cultural and artistic scene.
