Al Baath University, in cooperation with the Student Union Branch and Jarih Al Watan Foundation, held an introductory workshop for the university faculties and institutes. The university administrators answered the inquiries about the admission sorting for war-wounded and the electronic registration procedures.
President of Al Baath University, Prof. Abdul Basit Al Khatib, confirmed that the university is ready to provide full support and the necessary facilities to the wounded, and to support and guide them on the mechanism of applying for admission sorting and electronic registration.He also emphasized the right of the wounded to enroll in universities and pursue their educational attainment for entering the labor market with academic qualifications, as the university enabled war-wounded people to discuss more than one master’s thesis and doctoral thesis. He also pointed to the importance of these initiatives that serve the wounded students and help them to contribute effectively to society.
The secretary of B.A.S.P branch at the university, Prof. Fayeq Shadood, indicated that Al Baath University is a social platform for science and knowledge, and that the integration of the wounded into the students of the university is an enhancement of national and moral values. He also thanked Jarih Al Watan Foundation, which providedes full support to every wounded person in the war.
The university vice president for administrative affairs, pointed out the importance of this scientific activity which introduces the university faculties and institutes to the wounded and provides clear explanation of the requirements for applying to the admission sorting and electronic registration..
