A master thesis entitled “The effect of using milk protein-based edible coatings on the quality and preservation of kashkaval cheese” was discussed by the researcher Aya Safwan Al-Bitar, under the supervision of Prof. Omar Zamm.
The judging panel comprised the following professors: Prof. Muhammed Al-Masri, Prof. Ahmed Al-Naddaf, and Prof. Omar Zammar. At the end of the discussion, the researcher Aya Safwan Al-Bitar was awarded a master’s degree in agricultural engineering with a very good grade.
