Faculty of Education at Homs University has finalized the discussions of 687 graduation projects for the academic year 2024-2025 amidst a distinguished academic presence and scientific interaction that reflects students’ interest in contemporary psychological and educational issues, and their ability to use theoretical knowledge in addressing real-life problems within the educational environment.
The number of projects submitted this year amounted to approximately 687:
Department of Psychological Counseling: 170 projects.
Department of Psychology: 85 projects.
Department of Childhood Education: 350 projects.
Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods: 72 projects.
The vice-dean for scientific affairs, Prof. Duha Al-Sibaei, has indicated that the projects reflect the deep interest in psychological and educational issues including: analyzing personality disorders and thinking patterns, presenting applied models for addressing behavioral problems within classrooms, and designing modern curricula that take individual differences into account and support critical and creative thinking.They also included programs for developing social skills among children and students, thus enhancing positive interaction within schools and society.
In addition, there was an applied study on the effectiveness of storytelling activities in developing the skills of accepting others in kindergarten children and presenting an innovative model that promotes the values of tolerance and positive interaction in early childhood

At the conclusion of the discussions, the faculty administration thanked the faculty members and supervisors for their efforts, affirming its commitment to stimulating a research environment that keeps pace with developments in modern education and meets the needs of society.
