Homs University has begun conducting practical exams for the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, in accordance with the approved exam plan and in line with the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The exams are conducted in designated laboratories and lecture halls under the supervision of specialized academic and administrative committees, with the aim of measuring the applied skills and practical competencies of students in various scientific disciplines.
President of Homs University, Prof. Tarek Houssam ElDeen, emphasized the pivotal importance of practical exams in strengthening integration between the theoretical and applied aspects of the educational process, stressing the university’s keenness to providing a suitable examination environment that ensures accuracy in assessment and the quality of educational outcomes, wishing all students success.
Practical exams will continue until Thursday, January 15, 2026, to be followed by theoretical exams, as part of the university’s commitment to developing the educational process and raising its academic level in line with its scientific and societal mission.
