Syrian Collegiate Programming Contest for 2023 ended with the participation of sixty teams from Syrian public and private universities, the Virtual University and the Higher Institute for Applied Science and Technology.
President of Al Baath University, Prof. Abdul Basit Al Khatib, pointed out that this competition is a complementary activity to the academic education that our students receive and an opportunity to deepen their practical experience for building the informatics sector. He also referred to the superiority of the university team in the programming competitions indicating that the university is proud of its distinguished students for their scientific achievements.
It should be noted that /13/ teams have qualified to represent Syria at the regional level for this competition which will be held in Egypt during the month of November and includes two teams from Al Baath University:

The closing ceremony took place at the auditorium of Damascus University , and prizes as well as medals were distributed to the winning teams. The organizers, students, professors and sponsors of the competition were honored.
