The Higher Institute of Languages continues to hold a preparatory course for students wishing to take the English language test for a master’s degree. The course lasted from 28 September till 9 October, as part of the university’ commitment to enhancing its students’ linguistic and academic skills and preparing them for postgraduate studies.
61 students from various faculties and disciplines participated in the course, with the aim of enhancing their language and academic proficiency and enabling them to confidently and competently pass the master’s exam.
The university president, Prof. Tarek Houssam ElDeen, indicated that this initiative is part of the university’s commitment to developing its students’ foreign language skills and enhancing their academic readiness to pursue postgraduate studies. He also explained that the university is continuously working to support training programs that contribute to raising students’ academic level.
For his part, the institute dean, Prof. Muhammed Al-Ali, stated that the training program was designed to combine theoretical and practical aspects. Moreover, he noted that during the course, students have been trained on exam forms similar to the actual practical exam. These forms have also been posted on the Institute’s website, along with the most important linguistic information and basic skills that a student needs to pass the language test with confidence and distinction.
It’s worth noting that the institute continues to implement quality programs and courses aimed at enhancing students’ skills and enabling them to meet the demands of higher education and academic development.
